India-Pakistan Relations: A new video of Pakistani YouTuber Sohaib Chaudhary has surfaced. In this video, he is seen talking about India-Pakistan relations. He had a special conversation with the common people in Lahore on India-Pakistan relations as well as Kashmir and Ravi river issues. During this, he asked the people whether they want development in Pakistan or want to remain stuck only on Kashmir issue.
Pakistani people’s views on Ravi River
When Choudhary asked a person present there that India has stopped the water of Ravi river. What are your thoughts on this. On Choudhary’s question, the person said that India did the right thing by stopping the water of the river. The person says that this is what will happen if we do not take care of our things and remain asleep. If you have to sleep outside the house, a thief will definitely take it away.
Chaudhary reminded the Sintas Agreement signed in 1960 and said that under this agreement the Ravi River comes under India. That means India has the right on the water of Ravi. On this, the second person present there said that Ravi, Sutlej and Beas come under India. Whereas Chenab, Jhelum, Attock and Sindh come under Pakistan’s share under the Sintas Agreement.
The Pakistani man further said that water is life. The next fight is going to be for water only. India built its own dams on Ravi, Sutlej and Beas. That means it has taken over the waters of these rivers. India does not allow even a single drop of them to enter Pakistan.
Most expensive electricity rate in Pakistan
Chaudhary said that the most expensive electricity in Asia is available only in Pakistan. One person unhappy with this said that sometimes he feels like leaving this country and going to some other country. The person said I love this country. I also got an offer from England, but I did not go to another country because of the love for my country.
India’s statement in the United Nations
Recently, Pakistan and Turkey had raised the issue of Jammu and Kashmir in the United Nations. In response to this, India retaliated strongly against both the countries. Using the Right to Reply, India said that a country whose institutions oppress minorities and has a poor human rights record does not have the right to speak against India. Kashmir was and will always be an integral part of India.
